When I got a suspicious movie emailer from my boss, I did not really bother to read it even though watching movies are like one of my “favouritest” past time! Especially so when sitting in the airconditioned theatre with nothing but the big screen, digital sound system (I can literally hear the DTS advertisement with the running of the grand piano keys in my head now). Ok, I admit. Got to minus occassional inconsiderate acts from others. *Ahem* and myself, for the loud laughters and the sobby cries, which I must say, they all came at the right time, adding to the mood of the movie?! >.-

Anyway, this post is not about me or the theatre. It’s about FREE MOVIES!!!! Like what the very-difficult-to-read (pardon me, I am a creative person) emailer had indicated, there will be free movies for the month of May and many more to come at the Biopolis Auditorium.

The above are questions that I got from some of my friends and here’s my answer to them all!

1. What movies?

As May is half gone, these are the ones that will be screening.

• 17, Wed 7.45pm: Pride & Prejudice
• 19, Fri 7.45pm: Zathura
• 26, Fri 7.45pm: Just Like Heaven
• 27, Sat 4.30pm: Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire
• 31, Wed 7.45pm: Into The Blue

2. Where is Biopolis?

I can’t believe that in this era of growing Science and Technology, there’s still quite a majority who doesn’t know where is Biopolis or what is it? Mmmm, come to think about it, or could these people be the minority? O well, Biopolis is situated near Science Park or Buona Vista. It’s a pretty cool place. Not only its all work and R&D and science and technology stuff there, they have now FREE movies, not to mention a park-ful of goody foody – Rochester Park! You must definitely visit there if you are around the area. That park is totally awesome. I will be covering that in my blog soon.

3. How to get to Biopolis?

4. Free Seating?

Yes, it’s free seating. The theatre can hold up to 480pax. So it’s pretty cool.

5. Is It In A Theatre?

Yes. It is. See above.

6. True Anot?

I seriously have no idea! hahahha…but apparently, they have held these FREE Movie Screenings for a long while already and I managed to find some other people’s blog posts on it. I am going to try it out for sure! Just need a little tweaking of time here and there.
